SERVERS - MANAGED
|
|
SupplyLink International uses Cpanel and WHM.
CPanel simplifies complex web-based site management
and automates the administration of UNIX and
Linux web servers.
Cpanel provides users with the power to create and manage domains - and acquire
new revenue opportunities through the sale of services and tools.
For domain owners, CPanel lets non-technical personnel perform a wide
variety of administrative tasks - from creating new email accounts
to managing entire domains - all with point-and-click simplicity.

| Our network architecture utilizes the Enterprise routing and
switching engines from Juniper and Cisco. We utilize Juniper
M20 routers as border routers, Cisco 6500 series switches in
our distribution layer and Cisco 6500 switches in our
aggregation layers, and Cisco 3500 and 2900 series switches at
the customer layer. Our network is fully meshed and redundant
with 10 backbone providers. Our current network consists of
UUNet (GigE), Sprint (GigE), Level 3 (GigE), Global Crossing (GigE),
Verio (GigE), AT&T (GigE), Time Warner (GigE), Allegiance
Telecom (2 x GigE), Broadwing (GigE) and AboveNet (2 x GigE). |

| VLAN - Short for virtual LAN,
a network of computers that behave as if they are connected to
the same wire even though they may actually be physically
located on different segments of a LAN. VLANs are configured
through software
rather than hardware,
which makes them extremely flexible. One of the biggest
advantages of VLANs is that when a computer is physically
moved to another location, it can stay on the same VLAN
without any hardware reconfiguration. |
